If you’re here, it’s usually because a conversation keeps stalling, tension is becoming visible, or trust feels thinner than it used to. Waiting longer already feels risky, but forcing the issue doesn’t feel right either.

This work exists for moments like that.

Rapid Reset

Rapid Reset is a short, focused intervention designed to help people move through one clearly defined issue that’s creating drag.

Leaders use it when something needs to be addressed now and they want it handled cleanly, without escalation or collateral damage. It’s not training, therapy, or culture work. It’s a way to contain an issue and get things moving again.

What happens in a Rapid Reset

The session is structured and neutral. We slow the moment down, help people name what actually matters without blame, surface what’s been avoided, and reset expectations and next steps.

No sides are taken and no decisions are forced. Most sessions are completed in about 90 minutes.

When Rapid Reset is the right move

Rapid Reset works best when one issue is clearly creating drag, the cost of waiting is rising, and neutrality matters. Sometimes, addressing that issue reveals something bigger.

Ombuds Sprint

When the same tension keeps showing up in different places, a single reset isn’t always enough. Patterns start to emerge across roles, teams, or locations. That’s when leaders move into an Ombuds Sprint.
